This isn’t just a dance programme and it’s definitely not just a dance show; THIS is a CREATIVE powerhouse and a home for everyone who has a dream they want to bring to reality!
Once upon a time, I was told producing a theatre show independently in central London with a trillion lighting cues, a rolling setlist, immersive performances and sold out venues was ‘unrealistic’. I went on to do EXACTLY that for 5 consecutive years, film accompanying visuals across EUROPE & take this ish on TOUR around the U.K. featuring none other than the EPIC Beyond limits community! Eventually those same people I 1st mentioned called me asking ‘HOW ARE YOU DOING THIS?’ And I say… I never let anyone tell me no!
I studied, I researched and through many years of honing, I began to master my craft ultimately innovating the dance scene with how we see company theatre productions today.
Ever had an idea you thought was crazy? Ever watched a concert and thought ‘what if that was me on stage’? Ever had someone tell you your creative mind was ‘a lot’ (& we all know that implies ‘too much’)? Welcome home baby- that’s how you know you’re on the brink of greatness!
We don’t dim that light- we HARNESS it! Right here at the Beyond Limits Allrounder Accelerator (ARA)!
The ARA community has been growing throughout 2026 with amazing energy, supportive queens, collective love poured into the space and a wholeeeeee lotta levelling up! I bring a matured and seasoned approach to leading this programme that has curated a safe haven for creatives of allllllll different levels, ages and backgrounds to truly be free!! I couldn’t be prouder so let’s celebrate y’all!!

CHOREOGRAPHERS:
📍All rehearsals will be London based & exact locations are subject to availability.
We will be operating on a flexible calendar with locations confirmed upon scheduling.
If you are a creative outside of London (for example you’re a Beyond Bristol Queen), we are more than happy to accommodate for the distance whereby Cresta will travel to you or attend your rehearsal spaces virtually. Please do feel free to pop us a message if you’d like to discuss your options further and gain clarity.
Please note: you will need to be able to travel down to London for show day on Sunday 18th October with full day availability & it is preferred if you can attend the full dress rehearsal on 11th October too.

Weekly in studio training incl. every style under the sun 😉 (& that’s on versatility baby!)
Training in both heels and non-heels
CHOREOGRAPHERS:
With extensive experience writing, producing & designing shows- Cresta is the go to person to learn how to bring your stage moment to life! This is a guided process to help you develop and translate your artistry for a live audience.
Creative Camps - Consultations with Cresta to initially assess where you’re at, conceptualise your show piece & set a rehearsal agenda.
4 X Rehearsals with your dancers guided by Cresta.
The PhD of it all! Feedback from Cresta goes IN DEPTH like no other guys! Ask any alumni! You’ll receive direct feedback throughout the process to keep you on course for a successful performance.
EXCLUSIVE ONLINE SPACES:
The ARA Inner Circle - An online platform where Cresta shares advice, tips and opens discussion on topics of growth and awareness! We get into it all y’all! From dance training, to body strengthening, to feminine health awareness, to business advice, to pop culture and mindfulness! This is a space to enrich the mind as much as the body!!
TAKE TO THE STAGE: LIVE SHOW
An incredible showcase infront of friends and family at our CENTRAL LDN THEATRE location for an intimate night of stardom!
An inspiring evening of full range creativity celebrating the arts in all forms - introduce the audience to your story and step into your light!
A chance to socialise afterwards as the vibes continue with lit music, dancing, a fully stacked bar and an entire venue for our beautiful community to connect!

It’s not about levels- all art is ART no matter where you’re at in your journeys!! So we can’t wait to watch all of your amazing submissions!
